Stellar North Community Development District
Stellar North Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on June 30, 2021 by the Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners, Ordinance No. 21-53 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
Stellar North CDD encompasses an area of approximately 29 acres entirely within the City of Florida City, Maimi-Dade County, Florida. The land within the District is generally bounded by SE 6 Avenue on the east, theoretical NE 12 Street on the south, theoretical NE 3 Avenue on the west and SW 328 Street (E Lucy Street) on the north. Stellar North CDD expects to plan establish, acquire, construct or reconstruct, enlarge or extend, equip, operate, and maintain additional systems and facilities.

Stellar North Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on June 30, 2021 by the Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners, Ordinance No. 21-53 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities. The District shall have those general and special powers authorized by Sections 190.011 and 190.012 Florida Statutes and set forth herein and that is in the public interest of all of the citizens of Miami-Dade County that the District have such powers.
